Withdraw from your contract
If you are in the EU, the EEA or the UK, you can withdraw from your contract on this page within 14 days of payment.
When you can withdraw
You do not need to give a reason. Because we do not send a confirmation by email or another durable medium, you can withdraw within the period even after using a launch (Users in the EU and Users in the UK under the right of withdrawal in our Terms of Service). Users in other countries can find their rules in the same terms.
How to withdraw
- Tap "Confirm withdrawal here" below to fill in a withdrawal email in your mail app.
- Add your name and the payment number from your receipt email (or the payment date) and send it. We acknowledge receipt to the address you sent it from.
- The merchant of record Dodo Payments refunds you to your payment method. A refunded ticket is removed from your remaining tickets.
- If your mail app does not open, send the same details to support@bang9.dev.
